“How good are my neighbors. They are interested in my experience rather than my belongings”.

Art education is such an amazing field. Some months ago, David Rios, the director at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan reached out to several artists in the tri-state area for a one of a kind art festival. I think Muslim Arts Festival at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan is going to draw a lot of attention and reinforce diversity, discovery, and add to a positive experience for young artists. Below is the description of my involvement with the museum and look forward to hear from you. What do you think about Children’s Museum of Manhattan’s initiative of Muslim Arts Festival?

I believe this is one of many wonderful gifts of Doris Duke Foundation to be able to support community art initiatives and Islamic art in particular. She lived in my neighboring Town of Hillsborough, NJ; May God bless her soul, amen!
